Q: How do I access the Coach feature as a Manager?
Log in using your organization’s custom URL.
Select the Coach tab.
Choose a course from the dropdown (Coach is course-specific).
Use expand icons to view direct reports and hierarchy.
If QuickCheck is enabled, progress data will display.
Q: How do I see my team’s progress?
Go to the Coach tab.
Select a course from the dropdown.
Use filters for a focused view.
Select Detailed Learner View to see individual progress and scores.
Email learners or view profiles directly.
Export course progress from the Coach page.
Q: I am a Manager but do not see all of my team members
Submit a request with the full names and email addresses of missing team members.
