Logging into Prism starting without a Capability Review

Logging Into Prism

Starting with a Capability Review

If you're beginning with a Capability Review, you'll receive an email from noreply@richardsonaccelerate.com with simple instructions and a special link to get started. The review includes a series of questions related to your assigned learning pathway or specific role. 

Here’s what to do:

  1. Open the email and click Complete Your Review.

       

2. Follow the prompts on screen to begin your review.

        

3. After completing your responses, you’ll see a summary of your results. Enter some comments and click Submit My Ratings.

    

 4. Once submitted, you’ll be directed to either view your review summary or create a password.

  • If you select See Your Review Summary, you can view your results and create a password from that page.

  • If you select Create a Password, you’ll be taken directly to the password setup screen.

    Note: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll be redirected and logged in automatically.

After logging in, you'll land on the Home screen.

Starting without a Capability Review

If you're not starting with a Capability Review, you’ll receive a welcome email from noreply@richardsonaccelerate.com with a link to access your Prism account.

Here’s what to do:

Open the welcome email and click the link or the Continue button.

  • If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you'll be redirected and logged in automatically.
  • If not, you'll be prompted to create a password to complete your login.

 

After logging in, you'll land on the Home screen.

Click to View : Navigating Prism

Note: Prism can be accessed on mobile devices, including the ability to complete activities and record video responses. However, for the best experience, especially for recording videos and viewing dashboards, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.
