A pathway is a structured sequence of learning activities, objectives, and tasks assigned to you.

Pathways are often used for onboarding, skill development, certification, or ongoing learning. They provide a milestone-based experience to help guide your development in a consistent order.

Each pathway includes multiple steps that should be completed sequentially, and you can track your progress as you move through each step.

Pathway Overview

The Pathways feature allows you to follow structured learning journeys made up of courses, behavior-based objectives, and practice tasks.

From your assigned pathway, you can:

• View your assigned learning journey
• See an overview of the pathway including description and due date
• Identify whether the pathway is overdue
• View the estimated total learning time across all modules

Tracking Your Progress

Each pathway includes a list of individual steps that make up your learning journey.

For each step, you can see:

• Completion status
• Timestamps for when items were completed
• Progress indicators across the full pathway

You can select any item to complete it or revisit it at any time.

Tip: If you have completed steps but the pathway does not yet reflect your updated progress, you can select Refresh to update the status.
