Notifications in Prism helps managers, sellers, and admins stay informed and on track. They appear both in the system (as alerts or dashboard updates) and by email to ensure no key action is missed.
The sections below outline where notifications appear, what triggers them, and how to manage or customize them.
Notification Channels

Capability Reviews

Objectives (Including AccelerateAI)

Note:
Objective assignment emails use a mix of fixed system template and the ability to include a customer message.
Managers/Admins can include context directly in the Objective description itself.
Admins can toggle Objectives notifications on/off in the Configuration > Modules & Notifications section.

A new post or question is added
Someone comments, likes, or mentions them
All messages are sent instantly and use system templates. Admins can toggle Discussion notifications on/off in the Configuration > Modules & Notifications section.
