The Behavior Detail Page brings together everything you need to understand, develop, and improve a specific behavior.
You can access this page from:
- Homepage recommendations
- The Library
- Any behavior card or behavior name
Each Behavior Detail Page is designed to provide both context and action in one place.
Behavior Overview
At the top of the page, you will see a clear description of the behavior. This helps you understand its purpose and impact.
How the Behavior is Measured
This section explains:
- How the behavior is observed
- How it is evaluated within Prism
(You may recognize “Positive Indicators” from your capability review)
If you have completed a capability review, you may also see:
- Your current behavior rating
- Changes in your rating over time
(Available only after completing more than one capability review that includes this behavior)
Behavior Flag
Some behaviors may appear with a flag icon.
A flag indicates that your manager has highlighted this behavior for focused attention. This is used to help prioritize specific areas of development that may be important for your role, goals, or current initiatives.
When a behavior is flagged:
- It is visually highlighted on the behavior page and related views
- It is prioritized within your recommendations
- It signals a key area of focus for your development
You do not need to take any action on a flag. It is simply a way for your manager to help guide focus and attention within Prism.
Related Metrics
The Related Metrics section shows how a behavior connects to real performance outcomes.
For each metric, you may see:
- The performance metric linked to the behavior (for example, Average Size of New Opportunities Owned)
- Your current value
- A trend indicator showing improvement or decline compared to the previous period
You can view performance over different timeframes:
- Weeks
- Months
- Quarters
These metrics help you understand how applying a behavior may influence results.
For example:
- If the metric is improving, it may indicate the behavior is driving positive outcomes
- If the metric is declining, it may highlight an area to focus on
