A capability review is a scheduled assessment that allows you to reflect on and evaluate your proficiency across key behaviors aligned to your role.
Depending on your configuration, a review may include:
- A self-assessment only
- A manager assessment only
- Both self and manager assessments
These reviews help identify strengths and development areas. They may include ratings and qualitative feedback based on observable behaviors known as positive indicators.
Accessing Your Reviews
This section is where you access all assigned capability reviews.
From here, you can:
- Start a new review
- Resume an in-progress review
- View completed reviews and summaries
Starting or Continuing a Review
- If you have not started your review, select Start
- If a review is in progress, select the review title or Resume to continue where you left off
- Your progress is saved automatically as you complete the review
Viewing Completed Reviews
Once a review is completed, it will appear in your review history.
From the review summary, you can:
- View past reviews in a table format
- Compare ratings across review periods
- Review feedback and scoring details
Viewing Detailed Scores
If your review includes a manager assessment, you will also see:
- Your self-rating alongside your manager’s rating
- Side-by-side indicator comparisons
Select See More next to behavior scores to view detailed scoring information.
This includes:
- The rationale behind each score
- The positive indicators used in the evaluation
Downloading Your Review
You can download a copy of your review by selecting Download PDF in the top right corner of the review screen.
This is useful for:
- Keeping a record of your results
- Preparing for coaching conversations
- Reviewing progress over time
Using Your Review for Development
After completing a review, it is recommended to:
- Meet with your manager to discuss results
- Identify gaps between self and manager ratings
- Use those insights to create follow-up objectives
