Customizations

Not Allowed: Editing Challenger buyer verifiers as they’re based on research-backed insights.

Please Note: Customizations are not supported by Challenger. The maintenance, upkeep and troubleshooting are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Client Autonomy: Clients can apply validation rules and workflows to align with internal processes.

User Roles and Access

Permission Types

User: Access to dashboards, playbooks, and opportunity insights. 

Admin: Full control, including configuration settings. 

Access Points

Tabs: Challenger Opportunities, Challenger Playbooks 

Opportunity-level Panels: 1/3- or 2/3-tab view depending on layout preference.
