After logging into Accelerate Prism, you will land directly on your homepage. This is your main starting point for all activity in the system.
The Prism homepage is your central workspace. It brings together your learning, tasks, performance insights, and recommendations in one place so you always know what to focus on next.
Important: Your homepage is personalized and may look different from other users. What you see depends on:
- Where you are in your learning journey
- Whether you have completed a capability review
- The learning approach your organization is using (for example, pathway-based or flexible learning)
Because of this, there is no single standard homepage experience. It is tailored to each user.
Home Features
Primary Focus Area
At the top of your homepage, you will see your most important next step. This section updates based on your current status.
-
If you need to complete a capability review, it will appear here.
-
If you are assigned a learning pathway, it will appear here. You can view pathway details such as progress, due dates, and description, and start or resume your learning.
- If neither applies, your top recommended behaviors will appear instead
You will see up to three recommended behaviors tailored to your development.
Recommended Behaviors
Behavior recommendations are not random. They are generated using an algorithm that prioritizes your development needs.
These may include:
- Behavior ratings from your capability review
- Related CRM performance data (such as sales or activity metrics)
- Behaviors flagged for attention
- Assigned, in-progress, or completed learning content
- Differences between self-assessment and manager assessment
- CRM performance percentile and recent changes
Each recommended behavior card includes:
-
Behavior name and description
The capability name and a short explanation of what it represents and why it matters. -
Behavior rating
Your most recent rating from a capability review. Depending on setup, this may include self-assessment or both self and manager input. -
Learning and metrics
The number of available learning courses linked to the behavior and any related performance metrics (if enabled).
From each card, you can:
- Open and explore the behavior
- Access related learning content
- Track your progress over time
You can also select Browse all behaviors to view the full list assigned to your role.
