Overview
The Objectives feature in ASPS Insights enables managers to assign and monitor targeted, timebound activities that support both performance goals and seller development.
Within the Track > Objectives section, managers have full visibility into the status and progress of all assigned objectives, making it easier to guide team members, identify coaching opportunities, and measure impact over time.
What Are Objectives?
Objectives are structured activities assigned to individual sellers or groups. They are designed to focus efforts, build key capabilities, and align with business goals. Objectives can include:
- Standard Objectives – Task-based assignments for performance improvement

Objectives may require manager approval or feedback before completion.
