Logging into ASPS Insights Starting without a Capability Review

As a manager, you’ll have access to real-time insights and performance data that enable you to guide your team with greater impact. ASPS Insights helps you lead more targeted coaching conversations grounded in actual sales activity, making each discussion more meaningful and actionable.

Logging Into ASPS Insights
Starting with a Capability Review
If you're beginning with a Capability Review, you'll receive an email from noreply@richardsonaccelerate.com inviting you to either 1.) complete your review or 2.) complete a review for one of your direct reports.
Here’s what to do:

Open the email and click Complete Your Review.
2. Follow the prompts on screen to begin your review.
3. After completing your responses, you’ll see a summary of your results. Click Submit My Ratings.
4. Once submitted, you’ll be directed to either view your review summary or create a password.
- If you select See Your Review Summary, you can view your results and create a password from that page.

If you select Create a Password, you’ll be taken directly to the password setup screen.
Note: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll be redirected and logged in automatically.
After logging in, you'll land on your Performance Dashboard.
Starting without a Capability Review
If you're not starting with a Capability Review, you’ll receive a welcome email from noreply@richardsonaccelerate.com with a link to access your account.
Here’s what to do:
- Open the welcome email and click the link or the Continue button.
- If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you'll be redirected and logged in automatically.
- If not, you'll be prompted to create password to complete your login.
After logging in, you'll land on your Performance Dashboard.
Click to View: Navigating ASPS Insights
Note: ASPS can be accessed on a mobile device for quick check-ins, such as reviewing team progress or completing tasks. However, for coaching activities, reviewing performance data, and using Insights dashboards, a desktop or laptop is recommended for the best experience.
