Learn is the skill-building component of ASPS Insights. It delivers targeted, role-specific content designed to help your sellers develop the right capabilities at the right time—without disrupting their workflow.

Rooted in a Learn – Practice – Apply model, Accelerate Learn reinforces practical application over passive training, helping your team build skills that show up in performance.

What Your Team Will Experience

Learn

  • Bite-Sized Content: Short videos, reads, and interactive activities that keep learning focused and easy to absorb.

  • Built-In Assessments: Quick checks help sellers confirm they’re retaining what they learn.

Practice

  • Interactive Exercises: Video-based questions, gamified activities, and simulations build confidence and reinforce learning.

  • Knowledge Checks: Short evaluations help highlight individual progress and areas for development.

Apply

  • Real-World Tools: Templates and resources that sellers can immediately use in conversations and opportunities.

  • Action-Oriented Learning: New skills are applied right away, reinforcing impact and adoption.

Tracking Learn Progress

The Track > Learn section gives you visibility into learner engagement and progress, helping you monitor participation, identify coaching opportunities, and support accountability.

You can:

  • Search for learners using structured criteria

  • Apply filters to focus on specific teams, roles, or behaviors

  • Export data—filtered or full—into a structured spreadsheet for further review or reporting

Available Search and Filter Options:

  • Smart Search: Look up users by name, email address, or job title

  • Advanced Filters:

    • Role, Department, Business Unit, Location

    • Language

    • Capability and Behavior (tied to assigned learning modules)

    • Progress Status: In Progress or Completed

    • Start Date and Completed Date (with date range support)
