What is it?
The Performance Dashboard provides real-time visibility into your own development as well as your team’s progress. It highlights what each individual needs to focus on today, where they have room to grow, and how their behaviors connect to measurable outcomes.
What You'll See in the Dashboard
Your Dashboard
Just like sellers, managers have their own dashboard view. You’ll see:
- Today’s Focus – Tasks and assignments that require your attention, such as reviews to complete or assigned learning.
- Recommended Focus Behaviors – Development areas tailored to your role, past capability reviews, and performance data. How to Hide Focus Behaviors Until Learners Complete a Pathway.
- Metrics Focus – This section highlights key performance data.
- Explore All – A full view of all behaviors tied to your role, including scores and related learning.
Your Team’s Dashboards
You can also search for and view each team member’s Performance Dashboard. This gives you insight into:
- Incomplete or overdue tasks
- Recommended development areas
- Review scores and behavior trends
- Connections between behaviors and performance outcomes
From a team member’s dashboard, you can also flag key behaviors to increase visibility, assign Objectives, and support focused development.

Key Dashboard Areas
Today’s Focus
This section shows tasks that need immediate attention—such as Objectives, Pathways, or Reviews—either for you or, when viewing a team member, for them. It’s a quick way to spot what’s pending or overdue.
Behavior Focus
Recommended Focus Behaviors are driven by recent performance and review results. As a manager, you can:
- View recommendations for yourself and each team member
- Flag key behaviors to guide focus and development
- Create Objectives tied to a specific behavior
- Track progress toward development goals
Metrics Focus
This section highlights key performance data for you and your team. It includes:
-
Platform Metrics (always available):
Tracks course completions, logins, learning time, objective progress, and Practice submissions. -
Sales Metrics (if integrated):
Shows CRM or sales activity data like opportunities created, meetings booked, and win rates.
Each metric includes a title, current value, and, when available, trend graphs or peer benchmarks. Even without tech integrations, you’ll still see meaningful insights tied to platform engagement and development activity.
Explore All
Explore All gives you a complete view of all behaviors in a role’s capability model—along with ratings, completed development, and access to learning resources.
Use filters to find behaviors that have been flagged, are below target, or are tied to Objectives.
