Overview
The Knowledge Bank gives managers and their teams a shared space to ask questions, contribute resources, and surface answers to common challenges. It encourages collaboration across roles and helps preserve insights that support skill development and performance.
What You Can Do as a Manager
Monitor and Respond to Questions
You can view all questions posted by your team and provide responses or guidance. If a question aligns with best practices or addresses a common challenge, you also have the option to mark it as Featured to highlight it for others.
Tips for managing questions:
- Use tags to align questions with key capabilities
- Add helpful resources to reinforce answers (documents, links, videos)
- Encourage team members to search before posting, to avoid duplicate threads
- Recognize strong peer answers with likes or comments
Share Knowledge with Your Team
Use the Share Your Knowledge feature to post useful content that others can access later. This is ideal for:
- Sharing best practices after a workshop
- Posting example talk tracks or resources
- Linking to tools like Gong, ASPS Learn, or Highspot
To share knowledge:
- Click Share Your Knowledge
- Enter a helpful Q&A-style post (your insight, recommendation, or tool explanation)
- Use tags that reflect the skill, behavior, or topic
- Add attachments or links
- Choose whether to feature the post
- Save
Even if your team doesn’t actively post questions, sharing knowledge helps drive usage and gives your team a place to revisit learning.
Navigating the Knowledge Bank
Each entry appears as a card, showing:
- The title of the question or post
- Number of answers
- Author and date
- Tags, likes, and attachments
Click a title to view the full post, answer it, or attach a resource. You can also use filters to locate posts by capability or topic area.
