Creating objectives from the tracker follows two steps.
Step 1: Select Users
Select the users you want to assign the objective to using filters such as:
- Manager
- Location
- Job role or title
- Performance or behavior rating thresholds
Step 2: Define Objective Details
Next, define the objective type. Each type is designed for a different development need:
-
Standard
A free-text objective used to communicate tasks, expectations, or prompts.
Example: “Meet with your manager to review the Q2 territory plan.” -
Video Practice
Users record or upload a video demonstrating a skill.
Often used for coaching scenarios like objection handling or pitch practice. -
Metric-Based
A numeric goal tied to performance data.
Example: “Book 10 meetings this month.”
Requires metric type, target value, and timeframe. -
Learning-Based
Assigns courses or modules. Completion is automatically tracked when learning is finished.
Each objective type includes configurable options:
- Link to a specific behavior for reporting
- Set a due date
- Add instructions or supporting resources
- Require manager approval
- Assign an owner (Admins only)
Example: Assign “Handle Objection Practice” to all AEs, include a template, attach a sample video, set a due date, and require manager approval.
Pathway Tracker
The Pathway Tracker allows Managers and Administrators to monitor structured learning journeys. These pathways often include sequenced modules, objectives, and practice activities.
They are commonly used for onboarding, certification, or structured skill development programs.

Available Actions
From the Review Tracker, you can:
- Unassign a review
- Nudge users or reviewers
- Edit due date OR reviewer
- Export data to CSV or Excel
- Schedule Reviews
Scheduling Reviews
Scheduling is a two-step process:
Step 1: Select Users
Use filters to choose the appropriate users for the review.
Step 2: Define Review Parameters
- Set launch date (when the review becomes visible)
- Set due date (completion deadline)
- Choose review type:
- Full Capability Review
- Partial Review (specific behaviors only)
- Select assessment method:
- User Only: The user completes a self-assessment.
- Manager Only: A reviewer provides feedback without input from the user.
- User/Manager: The system captures both perspectives and calculates a combined view.
- Add custom instructions to the invitation
- Enable or disable automated reminders
- Choose whether to include reviewer in final summary
Example: Filter 35 sellers under one sales director, create a partial review focused on discovery behaviors, set a two-week deadline, and add context for a post-coaching check-in.
Editing an Individual Review
If a review has not started or is in progress, it can be edited at the individual level.
Click the user’s name to open their review.
From here you can:
- Change the due date
- Delete the review
- Reset completion status for user or manager
Resetting status does not delete scoring data. Scores are retained and can be updated when the review is resubmitted.
Bulk Edit of Incomplete Reviews
You can perform bulk actions on multiple incomplete reviews:
- Reassign reviews to a different manager
- Change due dates
- Apply both changes at once
Reassigning Reviews by Manager Downline
Use the Filter on whose downline? option to view users reporting to a specific manager.
Important: This filter shows users currently reporting to the selected manager, typically the new manager after reassignment.
Steps to Reassign Reviews:
- Select the new manager using the downline filter
- Review the returned user list
- Manually select only users whose reviews need reassignment
- Click Edit and update reviewer and due date fields
Note: Some reviews may already be correctly assigned and should not be changed.
