The Navigation Menu is located on the left side of the screen in Prism. You can collapse or expand it to adjust your view. 

The menu includes several key links:

• Home
  A user's personalized dashboard with key actions, updates, and progress at a glance. Find out more about Home

  Complete and revisit Capability Reviews to assess your skills and track growth. Find out more about Reviews
• Pathways
  Follow your assigned learning Pathways, tailored to your role. Find out more about Pathways
• Library
  Browse and access all available learning content and resources. Find out more about the Library
• Objectives
  View your individual development objectives and progress toward key skills. Find out more about Objectives
• Discussions
  Collaborate and engage with peers, managers, or enablement through organized discussion boards. Find out more about Discussions
• My Team (Managers Only)
  View and manage your team's activity, progress, and development. Find out more about My Team
• Team Insights (Managers and Admins Only)
  Provides access to detailed analytics dashboards within the Insights module for tracking progress and performance trends. Find out more about Team Insights
• My Organization (Managers and Admins Only)
  Allows managers and admins to oversee and manage system activity, including Pathways, Reviews, and Objectives. Find out more about My Organization
• Support
  Access help resources, user guides, and submit a support request.
• Your Account
  Manage your profile settings, including your profile picture and preferred language. You can also sign out from this section. 

Any actions needing attention are notified by the number icon against the menu.
