The Library gives you full visibility into every behavior associated with your role.
These behaviors are grouped by broader capability category, providing an at-a-glance view of how you are performing across different capability areas.
For example, you may see a capability such as Tailor, with an overall capability score of 4. Beneath that, multiple behaviors like Applies varied tailoring lenses (rated a 3) and Identifies Group Common Goals (rated 4) are listed. This structure allows you to see your high-level strengths and areas of development in a structured way.
Behavior Cards
Each behavior is displayed as a behavior card.
Behavior cards include the same interactive elements you see on the homepage.
Each behavior card includes:
-
Behavior name and description
The name of the behavior and a definition of what it is and why it matters. -
Behavior rating
A score out of 5 from your latest capability review. Depending on setup, this may include self-assessment or both self and manager input. -
Learning and metrics
The number of available learning courses linked to the behavior and any related performance metrics (if enabled).
From here, you can open and explore each behavior. (See Behavior Detail section for more information.)
