Team Insights give you a real-time view of your team’s performance, behaviors, and development progress. You can explore key metrics, uncover gaps, and make informed decisions using data that is specific to your team and role.
What You Can See
As a manager, Dashboards can help answer key questions such as:
- How active is my team in learning?
- How well are they preparing for meetings?
- Are their opportunities healthy?
- What is our sales velocity?
- How long does it take to win?
- How often do we win?
- How many opportunities are we working?
- Are our deals getting larger over time?
Note: Some insights depend on whether your organization has integrated external data sources (such as CRM) with Prism. If you're unsure what's included in your view, connect with your internal enablement or system administrator.
Richardson Recommendations
Clicking the target icon on a widget reveals Richardson Recommendations. These insights provide helpful context behind the data you see and often highlight:
- Which behaviors are contributing to strong performance
- Where there are gaps between skills and results
- How two data points relate to each other and what actions to take
Building and Customizing Dashboards
From the left menu, go to Team Insights and select My Dashboards to view or customize dashboards.
You can:
- Create dashboards for personal use or for other managers and admins
- Add widgets that show specific performance or behavior data
- Filter information by team, role, location, or other categories
- Choose which metrics or behaviors to track
- Rearrange and resize widgets to match your workflow
- Each widget is interactive and can be tailored to show the most relevant information for your team.
