Team Insights gives managers and enablement leaders a real-time view of team performance, capabilities, learning engagement, and business metrics. By bringing these insights together in one place, you can identify coaching opportunities, monitor progress, and understand how capability development is influencing business outcomes.
Depending on your role and your organization's configuration, you may have access to one or more dashboards designed to answer different business questions.
Note: Some dashboards and widgets rely on external integrations, such as CRM or Workflow Tools. In addition, certain widgets require specific platform configuration before they can display data. For example, some widgets require Goals, Metrics, or Roles to be configured in your organization's environment. If these prerequisites have not been set up, the widget may not be available or may not display any data. Contact your internal enablement team or system administrator if you're unsure which features are enabled.

Available Dashboards
Team Insights includes dashboards designed for different audiences and levels of visibility. The dashboards available to you depend on your role and permissions.
Direct Reports
The Direct Reports dashboard is designed for frontline managers who want to focus on the sellers who report directly to them.
Use this dashboard to:
- Monitor team performance and goal attainment
- Identify coaching priorities
- Track capability development over time
- Measure learning engagement
- Understand how capabilities relate to business performance
- Monitor adoption of Opportunity Health and Sprint Planner (where available)
This dashboard provides a focused view of your immediate team, making it easier to coach individual sellers and monitor progress.
Downlines
The Downlines dashboard provides the same insights as the Direct Reports dashboard but expands the view to include everyone within your reporting hierarchy, including indirect reports.
This dashboard is ideal for second-line managers and sales leaders who want to:
- Compare performance across multiple teams
- Identify organization-wide coaching priorities
- Monitor capability trends across reporting levels
- Track learning engagement across larger groups
- Understand broader performance trends
Enablement
The Enablement dashboard is designed for enablement leaders and administrators who need a broader organizational view.
Use this dashboard to:
- Identify capability gaps across teams, roles, or regions
- Measure learning engagement and capability improvement
- Understand the relationship between capabilities and business performance
- Monitor adoption of Opportunity Health and Sprint Planner
- Prioritize enablement initiatives using organization-wide data
Because this dashboard can be filtered by roles, departments, locations, business units, and other organizational groups, it helps identify trends and opportunities across the business.
Richardson Recommendations
Many widgets include a Target icon that displays Richardson Recommendations.
These recommendations provide additional context to help you interpret the data by highlighting:
- Behaviors contributing to strong performance
- Capability gaps affecting business results
- Relationships between capabilities and business metrics
- Suggested coaching and development opportunities
Rather than simply displaying data, these recommendations help you understand what the data means and where to focus next.
Customize Your Dashboards
Navigate to Team Insights to view and manage your dashboards.
Depending on your permissions, you can:
- Create personal dashboards
- Create shared dashboards for managers and administrators
- Add or remove widgets
- Filter information by users, roles, locations, departments, business units, or reporting structure
- Choose the metrics, capabilities, or goals you want to track
- Rearrange and resize widgets to fit your workflow
Widget Requirements
Some widgets require additional configuration before they can be used. Depending on the widget, you may need one or more of the following:
- Goals – Required for goal-tracking widgets, such as Goals Achieved and Goals Over Time.
- Metrics – Required for widgets that display or compare business metrics, such as Metric Over Time, Leaderboard, Matrix, or Capability vs. Metric.
- Roles – Some organizational views require roles to be configured so data can be filtered or grouped appropriately.
If a required Goal, Metric, or Role has not been configured, the widget may not appear in the configuration list, may prompt you to select a value before saving, or may display no data.
Each widget is interactive and can be configured to display the information most relevant to your team.
