When an admin assigns a dashboard, what does the dashboard look like for the leader who receives it?
The dashboard appears the same as it does for the admin, but it is read-only for the leader.
Leaders will not see the cog icon on widgets and cannot:
• Change widget settings
• Move or resize widgets
• Reorder the layout
• Assign the dashboard to anyone else
When the widgets are configured to show data for the “current user’s entire downline” or “current user’s direct reports,” each leader will only see information relevant to their own team.
Do leaders have dashboards by default? What is visible to them?
Leaders see one dashboard list, which includes both:
• Company-assigned dashboards (provided by Enablement/Admins)
• Personal dashboards (created by the leader themselves)
Leaders can create and view personal dashboards but cannot create company dashboards.
Example:
• Manager Dashboard — company dashboard
• My Dashboard — personal dashboard
What do leaders see in 'Manage Dashboards'?
In Manage Dashboards, company-assigned dashboards are shown with:
• A grey background
• A dashboard icon
Leaders cannot delete these dashboards, but they can clone them and set them as their default.
The “What does this mean” help text displays the following:
Note: Company dashboards are created and assigned by Enablement/Admins. Leaders can view and clone these dashboards but cannot edit or delete them.
If a leader edits a dashboard assigned to them, does it change the dashboard for everyone or only for that individual?
Leaders cannot edit a company-assigned dashboard. Any updates or edits must be made by the Enablement/Admin who owns the original dashboard.
Can leaders make a copy of the assigned dashboard and customize it for their team?
Yes. Leaders can clone:
• Company dashboards that have been assigned to them
• Personal dashboards they’ve created themselves
However, personal dashboards cannot be shared or assigned to others.
Once a Leader has cloned a company dashboard, it becomes one of their personal dashboards where they are able to add new and edit the existing cloned widgets, as well as move and re-size them.
