Managers can enroll their team members into Pathways directly from the My Organization > Pathway Tracker section.
To assign a Pathway:
- Select a pathway to schedule in the dropdown box
- Click Schedule Enrollments from the top right of the screen.
- Use filters to search for team members by name, job title, department, manager, business unit, location, etc.
- Click to select the individuals you'd like to enroll, then click Next.
- Set a launch date to control when users are notified and gain access to the Pathway.
- Select a due date that aligns with your team’s development goals, ongoing programs, or upcoming workshops.
- Click Schedule to finalize the enrollment.
Once enrolled, participants will receive an email notification (if enabled), and their Pathway will be visible on their homepage and in the Pathways section.
