The Performance Dashboard is an interactive page inside ASPS Insights. It shows you what to focus on today and how your sales activities are performing over time.
It also helps your manager stay in the loop. They can see your dashboard, understand where support is needed, and set Objectives to help guide your next steps.
This dashboard is built to personalize your experience, giving you insights and tasks that are relevant to your role, skills, and performance.
What You'll See in the Dashboard
Today’s Focus
This section highlights what needs to be done today. You’ll see tasks like upcoming Pathways or Capability Reviews so you can stay on top of your development without missing key milestones.
Behavior Focus
Here you'll find Recommended Focus Behaviors tailored to your role, recent performance, and Capability Review results. You can click in to learn more about each behavior and see how it aligns with your goals.
Metrics Focus
This area pulls in your performance data from tools like CRM and call intelligence platforms. It shows how you’re tracking against goals and helps you connect your actions to your results.
Explore All
This section gives you full visibility into every behavior that is associated with your role. Each behavior is linked to a capability score, giving you a clear view of where you're strong and where there's room to grow.
