Objectives are focused action items designed to help you develop the skills that matter most. Whether you're working toward a performance target, building a specific capability, or completing a key activity, Objectives give you a clear path forward and help keep your development on track.
What Are Objectives?
Objectives are specific tasks assigned to you to support your development and drive performance. Each one includes clear instructions and a due date, helping you prioritize and stay on track. They’re designed to build the skills and behaviors most relevant to your role.
You might receive different types of Objectives based on your focus areas:
- Standard Objectives – General activities that support skill development or performance improvement.
- Video Pitchbacks – Record and submit a sales conversation for review and feedback.
- Metric-Based Objectives – Goals tied to performance data, such as improving win rates or increasing average deal size.
- Learning Objectives – Complete a course or training module that supports your growth.
Where to Find Your Objectives
You can access your Objectives by navigating to:
Menu → Develop → Objectives
Your Objectives list is filterable by status (e.g., due, overdue, completed) and by type. You'll also receive a notification each time a new Objective is assigned.
