The Navigation Menu is located on the left side of the screen in ASPS. You can collapse or expand it to adjust your view. 

The menu includes several key tabs: 

• Performance: Explore available performance data connected to your selling activities. Find out more about Performance.
• Develop
  This is your personalized space to manage your development journey. Within this section, you'll find:
  • Objectives: View your individual development objectives and progress toward key skills. Find out more about Objectives.
  • Learning: Access assigned courses and learning materials. Find out more about Learning.
  • Reviews: Complete and revisit Capability Reviews to assess your skills and track growth. Find out more about Reviews.
  • Pathways: Follow your assigned learning Pathways, tailored to your role. Find out more about Pathways.
• Knowledge
  Opens the Knowledge Bank, a curated library filled with customer- specific content, resources, and shared expertise designed to support your learning. Find out more about Knowledge.
• Practice
  A searchable library where you can find all video practice objectives available to you. This includes your own submissions as well as any videos shared with you. Find out more about Practice.
