Notifications in ASPS Insights helps managers, sellers, and admins stay informed and on track. They appear both in the system (as alerts or dashboard updates) and by email to ensure no key action is missed.
The sections below outline where notifications appear, what triggers them, and how to manage or customize them.

Objective assignment emails use a mix of fixed system template and the ability to include a customer message.
Managers/Admins can include context directly in the Objective description itself.
