Using the Knowledge Bank in ASPS Insights
Overview
The Knowledge Bank is your space to ask questions, share resources, and explore helpful materials shared by your team. It’s designed to make it easier to find the answers you need, learn from others, and contribute your own insights.
What You Can Do in the Knowledge Bank
Ask a Question
Have a question about sales strategy, messaging, or tools? Use the Ask a Question feature to post it for your peers or managers to answer.
What to include:
- A clear, specific question
- Any helpful background or context
- Tags related to the capability or topic
- Optional: mark it as Featured to highlight the question for visibility
Once submitted, others can respond and add resources. Your question (and the answers) will stay available for future reference.
Share Your Knowledge
You can also contribute helpful insights and resources that others might find valuable.
To share knowledge:
- Click Share Your Knowledge
- Add a question and answer
- Tag the post with the appropriate topic or capability
- Attach a resource using one of the following options:
- Upload from your device
- Link to the web
- Pull from other connected systems (like Accelerate Learn, Gong, or Highspot)
- Choose whether to mark it as a Featured post
- Save
Navigating the Knowledge Bank
Each item is displayed as a card, which shows:
- Title of the post
- Number of answers
- Author and post date
- Tags, likes, and attachments
Click the post title to view the full discussion, add your answer, or download attachments.
Where to Find It
You can access the Knowledge Bank from the navigation menu under "Knowledge."
Why It’s Useful
- Save time by finding existing answers
- Get help from peers and managers
- Avoid email clutter with a searchable library of information
- Contribute knowledge others can learn from
- Learn continuously by exploring questions and resources posted by your team
