Accessing and Using the Practice Library
Overview
The Practice Library is where you can review, reflect on, and share completed Practice assignments. Whether you’re working on a new pitch, refining messaging, or sharing a strong example with your peers, this space helps support your continued development.
What Is the Practice Library?
The Practice Library is your hub for all video-based practice work. From here, you can:
- Watch your submitted Practice videos
- See feedback and AI-generated insights
- Share examples with peers or managers
- Comment on shared videos for collaborative learning
Each Practice entry includes:
- The objective title and instructions
- Dates and approval status
- Submitted video with context (who assigned it, what kind it is)
- Any comments or notes from your manager or peers
How AI Video Insights Help
After submitting a video, you'll see insights that can help guide your reflection, including:
- A full transcript of your pitch
- Keyword and sentiment analysis
- Topic detection and highlight navigation
- Your notes (if added)
- Manager feedback and approval status
Use these tools to better understand how your message is coming across and where to focus next.
How to Share a Practice Video
You can share a completed Practice with others for feedback or visibility:
- Open the detailed view of the video
- Click Share in the top right
- Choose your sharing level:
- Full Access: Shares the video, comments, and feedback
- Objective Only: Shares the video without the feedback or comments

The person you share with will get a notification and can view the video in their Practice Library
Peer Coaching and Feedback
Practice is more effective when feedback flows from more than just your manager. If a video is shared with you, you can leave comments to support your peers.
Example: “Great pacing — consider tightening your close in the final 30 seconds.”
Visibility by Role
- Sellers see their own videos and any that are shared with them
- Managers see videos submitted by their downline or shared with them
- Admins can view all videos
Browsing and Filtering
To find a specific Practice video:
- Go to the Practice section from the side menu
- Use filters to search by:
- Objective Title
- Submitter Name
- Behavior Tag
Each video will display:
- A thumbnail and playback controls
- Submission date and name

Comments, behavior tags, and approval status
Supported File Types
.m4a, .m4v, .mov, .mp3, .mp4, .ogg, .webm, .wmv
Maximum File Size
500 MB
Additional Notes
- Not all .mov files are the same, and some may fail to upload or play correctly.
- This is typically due to either file size exceeding the limit or the video being encoded with an unsupported format.
- For best compatibility, we recommend uploading files in .mp4 format.
- If you receive an error message try the following:
- Fully close Zoom, Teams, Slack, or any other video apps
- Refresh the Prism page
- Click the lock icon next to the website URL → find “Camera” → make sure it is set to Allow
- Restart the browser or computer if needed
